In this review, we performed a literature search for COVID-19-related changes seen during post-mortem different body including lungs, gastrointestinal tract, liver, kidney, skin, heart blood. Our findings showed that SARS-CoV-2 has damaging effects on many organs, probably due to host immune responses presence virus. It is recommended both antiviral immunomodulatory agents should be considered management patients better prognosis, clinical outcome.
